Textured coatings, cement garage roofs and vinyl floor tiles typically fall into the non-licensed or notifiable non-licensed (NNLW) categories, and our UKATA-trained teams handle all of these. If your material does require licensed asbestos removal, we will tell you clearly at survey stage and manage the whole process on your behalf.

A consignment note is issued on every job we complete, no exceptions. This document is required under the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 and records the journey your waste took to a licensed disposal facility. Keep it safe with your property records, as solicitors will ask for it when you come to sell.
In most cases, not immediately. Intact asbestos that is left undisturbed produces very little fibre release. What creates risk is interference – whether that is drilling, sanding, breaking or attempts to remove it without proper controls in place. Do not touch it.
